As someone who is overweight and is learning how to eat correctly for herself and for her male, there is a slow way to learn how to eat well. But Jamie Oliver is one of my favourite cooks from his Naked Chef days. What I hadn’t realized was his passion for teaching people about cooking and good health. For him to win the TED prize was amazing. More importantly– his acceptance talk is inspiring and more importantly– tells us as a nation how far as a country we have to go.
